Accordingly, as a result of the 2 February Issuance, OUER has a deemed interest in the OUE Units in which OUE has an interest as well as a direct interest in 25,807,700 Units, amounting to a total interest in 2,632,056,613 Units (the "OUER Units"). Golden Concord Asia Limited ("GCAL") is the holding company of OUER. Accordingly, as a result of the 2 February Issuance, GCAL has a deemed interest in the OUER Units in which OUER has an interest as well as a direct interest in 26,351,777 Units, amounting to a total interest in 2,658,408,390 Units (the "GCAL Units"). Hongkong Chinese Limited ("HCL") is the holding company of HKC Property Investment Holdings Limited ("HKC Property"). HKC Property and Admiralty Station Management Limited jointly hold Lippo ASM Asia Property Limited ("LAAPL"). LAAPL is an intermediate holding company of GCAL. Accordingly, as a result of the 2 February Issuance, HCL has a deemed interest in the GCAL Units in which GCAL has an interest as well as a direct interest in 3,967,940 Units, amounting to a total interest in 2,662,376,330 Units (the "HCL Units"). Prime Success Limited ("Prime Success") is the holding company of Hennessy, and an intermediate holding company of HCL. Accordingly, as a result of the 2 February Issuance, Prime Success has a deemed interest in the HCL Units in which HCL has an interest. Prime Success is the holding company of Hennessy. Hennessy is the holding company of HCL.
